Boniface and Lawrence do most of YSEP’s grassroots work, supported by donors and staff from in and around Arusha - particularly the Usa River Rotary club. The team has established links with career break specialists, which place volunteers from across Europe and Canada.

Anyone who works with YSEP will work alongside these two men. They are committed Christians who devote all their free time to Arusha's young people, regardless of religion, and are passionate about what they do.

They are truly inspirational people, who say it is their duty to help Tanzania's neediest.
